Questions about how to register, log in, and manage your Wintoto account

Process create a Wintoto account is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Visit the Register, fill in your personal details (full name, email, Malaysian phone number, date of birth), create a username and password, then verify your email. Once verified, your account is ready to use. Remember — you must be aged 18 years and above to register.

Go to page Log In and click the link "Forgot password?". Enter the email address registered to your Wintoto account. You will receive an email with a password reset link within 5–10 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox. The link is valid for 24 hours only.

No. Wintoto's policy allows one account per player only — one per IC number, phone number, email address, and device. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you have an issue with an existing account, please contact our support team for assistance.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a copy of your MyKad through your Wintoto account. This is a one-time process and is completed within 24 hours. It is a standard legal compliance requirement across all licensed financial platforms to protect the security of your account.

Some details such as your username and IC number cannot be changed once set. However, email address and phone number can be updated through your account settings, subject to additional verification. Deposits via DuitNow and internet banking FPX are typically processed within 5–15 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact our support team with proof of transaction (screenshot of receipt).

If your deposit fails but the amount has already been deducted from your e-wallet or bank account, don't panic — the funds will typically be automatically refunded within 1–3 working days. In the meantime, contact our live chat support and provide: your username, amount, payment method, transaction date and time, and a screenshot of the receipt. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

No. Wintoto only accepts deposits from accounts that on behalf of registered players. How to withdraw winnings, processing times, and withdrawal limits

The wagering requirement is 30x within 30 days. The bonus is eligible for use on slots, live casino, and table games.

Wagering requirements means you must place bets totalling the bonus amount multiplied by the wagering factor before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Example: A RM100 bonus with a 30x requirement means you need to wager a total of RM3,000 (RM100 × 30) before withdrawing your winnings.
